Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Pocket Busyo ("the Game") provided by Bunji Company ("the Operator"). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Conditions of use

The Game is free to use. You are responsible for the internet connection, device, communication costs, and other environment needed to use it. The content or method of providing the Game may be changed, suspended, or ended without notice.

2. Ranking registration

Registration in the Unification Ranking is voluntary. Your registered nickname and gameplay results are public. You must not enter material that infringes another person's rights, personal information, defamatory or obscene material, material contrary to public order and morals, or anything else the Operator determines to be inappropriate. The Operator may remove or hide an entry when necessary.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not engage in unauthorized access, excessive automated access, service disruption, tampering, conduct intended for reverse engineering, or conduct that infringes the rights of other users or third parties in relation to the Game or its ranking feature.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in the Game's programs, images, audio, text, designs, and other content belong to the Operator or their respective rights holders. Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce, repost, redistribute, alter, or use them commercially without permission.

5. Gameplay videos, streaming, and monetization

You may create gameplay videos, livestreams, and other content featuring the Game, including monetizing that content. You do not need to contact the Operator or obtain individual permission to use gameplay footage or in-game audio for these purposes.

However, you must not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable laws or platform rules, or seriously harm the Game's reputation. If the Operator asks you to remove content or stop an activity, you must do so promptly.

6. Disclaimers

The Operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Game. Except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Game.

7. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may change these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
